AI Research Scientist (NLP / Fine-tuning / Multi-agent)

As an AI Research Scientist at MTRI, you will push AI forward in compliance-driven domains through original research, prototyping, and collaboration. Key areas include NLP, fine-tuning, RAG, multi-agent systems, and vision-language models. You will publish at top conferences and contribute to proof-of-concept projects.

• Conduct research in NLP, RAG, multi-agent systems, and vision-language models; Design, prototype, and evaluate novel algorithms and models; Publish findings in leading AI conferences; Contribute to technology transfer via proof-of-concept projects; Represent the company at international academic events; Adhere to research ethics and compliance.

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field; Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM methodologies including NLP, fine-tuning, RAG, agentic AI, and multimodal AI; Previous publication in top AI conference (CORE A* ranking).
