Responsibilities
- Advance agentic platform capabilities and architectures
- Research and implement novel agent strategies and memory systems
- Develop multi-agent patterns for complex production tasks
- Bridge NLP research breakthroughs with scalable production solutions
Requirements
- Strong background in Machine Learning and NLP research
- Experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or autonomous agents
- Proven track record in deploying ML models to production
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) or equivalent industry experience in AI/ML
Nice to Have
- Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Background in reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
