lululemon is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions. The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions, defining ML engineering standards, and leading architecture of LLM and GenAI systems. You will partner with applied scientists and product teams to productionize AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of applied AI/ML solutions including data pipelines, model training, evaluation systems, production-ready APIs, and MLOps.
- Define ML engineering standards for model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Design and implement model evaluation systems and tooling.
- Lead architecture and engineering of LLM and GenAI systems including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and agentic frameworks.
- Build and maintain AI observability frameworks and distributed training pipelines.
- Implement scalable model serving architectures.
- Partner with AI/ML scientists to productionize models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience building and delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
- Demonstrated ability to define software engineering and ML standards.
