About the Role
Accantec is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-native features for finance and banking environments, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability. You will develop agentic applications, chatbots, and multi-agent orchestration systems while establishing best practices for AI system development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate AI-native features end-to-end with focus on quality, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Develop agentic applications and chatbots including tool use, stateful workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Establish standards and best practices for developing, evaluating, and deploying AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design experimentation workflows and contribute to long-term AI roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software engineering with hands-on AI engineering and LLM experience.
- Strong Python skills and cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and robust production pipelines.
- Experience with agentic systems, chatbots, tool-using agents, and multi-agent architectures.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
