We are seeking a Senior AI Architect with over 15 years of IT experience to lead the intelligence layer for multiple programs. This role focuses on production-grade LLM application development, including RAG accuracy, prompt engineering, and AI safety guardrails. The ideal candidate has shipped customer-facing AI products and owns quality metrics, latency optimization, and adversarial testing.
Responsibilities
- Own model quality, RAG accuracy, and AI safety across applications
- Design and orchestrate multi-step LLM call chains (e.g., NeMoGuardrails, intent classification, retrieval)
- Implement AI safety layers including jailbreak testing, red-teaming, and hallucination mitigation
- Build and maintain RAG evaluation pipelines using frameworks like RAGAS or TruLens
- Profile and optimize LLM call chains for latency and cost efficiency
- Ensure all AI features pass InfoSec adversarial testing before release
Requirements
- Total 15+ years of IT experience
- 4-7 years software engineering with at least 2 years in production LLM application development
- Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered features to production with real user dependency
- Expertise in Python, async programming, and API design for AI services
