Kraken is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build an AI-native growth engine, focusing on agent orchestration and automated workflows for marketing and user acquisition. You will work alongside the lead architect to ship production-ready systems that handle distribution decisions, creative generation, and system integrations at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate agent orchestration workflows across paid media, lifecycle, and organic search channels
- Develop integrations between AI reasoning layers, execution platforms, and data infrastructure
- Create shared agent infrastructure components including reusable workflow patterns and prompt libraries
- Implement monitoring, audit logging, and governance for all agent actions
- Automate creative and content generation pipelines from brief to distribution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems
- Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, webhooks) and error handling at scale
- Experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool use
- Ability to execute from specifications independently without constant supervision
