Senior AI Automation Engineer (AI Agents & Workflows)

Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead the company's digital transformation through intelligent process automation and Generative AI adoption. Based in the AI Lab, the role involves designing, building, and deploying agent-based solutions, LLM integrations, and workflow automation to boost productivity across teams. The position is fully remote with optional office attendance.

• Lead the transformation of internal processes through intelligent automation and Generative AI.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions based on AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and corporate applications.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes.
• Work in the AI Lab to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

• 5+ years of experience in business process automation.
• 3+ years working with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex automations in production.
• Mastery of automation platforms such as n8n and Make.
• Experience building agentic systems and integrating LLMs into business processes.
• Experience with API, database, and corporate application integration.
• Software development experience with Python and Java.
• English level B2 or higher.
