Kaseya is hiring a Staff ML Engineer to partner with product teams, extract insights from data, and build AI-powered features and automated workflows. The role involves data analysis, ML modeling, and leading cross-team AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Explore and analyze data using Python, pandas, and PySpark. Create, tune, and productionize ML models for categorization, recommendations, and prediction. Design AI-driven ingest flows to structure unstructured inputs. Build workflows for auto-fill, proactive queries, and automated resolution. Work with engineers to integrate models into production. Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science or ML engineering with production experience. Strong Python, pandas, PySpark, and SQL skills. Solid ML fundamentals: supervised learning, matrix factorization, feature engineering, model evaluation. Proficiency with PyTorch. Experience as technical lead across multiple teams. Ability to translate business problems into ML projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agents). Building agent-assist features or automated workflows. Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex). Prior platform/enablement role supporting multiple product teams.
