About the Role

Super is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Applied ML & Research team. You will develop and deploy ML solutions for online gaming platforms, impacting security, user experience, and data-driven decisions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify ML use cases and own the full ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering to identify and execute ML use cases
Design, build, and iterate on ML solutions (classifiers, regressors, ranking/retrieval, rule-based components)
Contribute across ML lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
Implement reliable training/inference pipelines; improve reproducibility, testing, observability
Communicate model behavior and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to team standards: code quality, documentation, experimentation hygiene, responsible ML

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in ML, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or related field (Master's a plus)
2+ years industry experience building and deploying ML systems
Solid proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (PyTorch, XGBoost) and SQL
Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, including experience with LLMs and emerging technologies
