About the Role
Qualified Health is seeking a Business Analyst to work with the Engagement Manager in delivering generative AI solutions to healthcare clients. The role involves developing custom AI assistants, conducting user training, and supporting account management activities. Ideal for recent graduates with a technical background and proficiency in AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and test AI assistant products for hospital clients
- Engage with health system employees to identify high-value use cases
- Conduct on-site product discovery including workflow mapping
- Align stakeholders on product features and rollout plans
- Lead user training and testing, collect feedback
- Coordinate communications and customer support for assistant rollout
- Support account management with presentations, data analysis, and governance metrics
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related technical field
- Recent graduate (0-2 years) with proficiency in generative AI
- Advanced understanding of GPT models, prompt engineering, and AI application development
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week
