Senior AI and LLM Engineer

NVIDIA's SCGE team seeks a Senior AI/LLM Engineer to architect AI-powered solutions for design automation. The role involves developing and fine-tuning LLMs, collaborating with engineering teams, and deploying scalable AI models. Ideal candidates have strong Python and deep learning skills with production experience.

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered systems for automation and workflow efficiency; collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams; develop and fine-tune large language models; evaluate new AI frameworks and tools; track and measure AI impact using data-driven metrics.

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); 8+ years of development experience with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI; strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; proven track record of deploying scalable AI/ML models in production; ability to balance multiple projects; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with EDA, semiconductor workflows, or design automation systems; publications or open-source contributions in LLMs or AI infrastructure; familiarity with multimodal or reinforcement learning applications; ability to translate AI research into production tools.
