About the Role
CapIntel is seeking a Context Engineer to integrate LLMs into their wealth management platform. This production-focused role involves building reliable AI features, designing RAG pipelines, and implementing agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will shape context engineering practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-powered features via model APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere)
- Architect and maintain RAG pipelines connecting models to internal data sources
- Manage context window strategy to optimize accuracy, cost, and latency
- Design and implement agentic workflows for multi-step tasks
- Build guardrail and output validation layers
- Develop reusable prompt templates and agent primitives
- Build evaluation frameworks for context effectiveness and agent reliability
- Monitor deployed AI systems and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)
- Proven track record building production AI systems
- Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and context window management
- Experience with agentic workflows and autonomous task handling
- Ability to build guardrails and output validation for compliance
