About the Role
Google Cloud is seeking an AI Customer Engineer to drive enterprise AI adoption in the Nordic region. The role involves architecting agentic AI solutions, building prototypes, and advising C-level executives. Requires deep expertise in cloud AI, agent frameworks, and enterprise integration.
Responsibilities
- Initiate strategic conversations with customer CXOs to identify AI workloads; deliver workshops and rapid-prototyping sessions; design and execute AI strategic technical plans; build and deploy functional POCs and MVPs; maintain Level 400 technical capability in agentic frameworks; act as technical bridge to Google engineering resources; adopt new AI technology early and provide feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role; experience architecting AI agent solutions with RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search; experience with search systems and quality tuning; coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java; experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executives.
Nice to Have
- Experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or ESBs; experience with evaluation metrics for model and agent quality; experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google ADK; knowledge of observability (distributed tracing, logging, audit logging); knowledge of OAuth2 and credential management; understanding of OpenAPI and MCP for agent integration.
