AI/ML Engineer (USA & Canada)

Flexday AI is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop cutting-edge technologies for next-generation AI-driven insights platforms. The role involves implementing scalable NLP and data science services, designing machine learning workflows, and collaborating with product teams. The position requires strong knowledge of Java or Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras.

• Implementing highly scalable Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Data Science services capable of processing extremely large volumes of data.
• Contributing to the design of highly available, highly scalable, machine learning workflows.
• Creating and implementing non-standard, fresh and creative scientific ideas to improve or speed up existing technologies.
• Collaborating with product managers and diving deeper into usage of research, brainstorming with product team on developing new creative ideas.
• Following up and supporting development of models in an end-to-end manner: from design to production.
• Analyzing, interpreting and explaining outcomes of non-trivial experiments.
• Analyzing data used in experiments, understanding its subtleties, and modifying it appropriately if needed.

• Strong working knowledge (at least 2 years) of Java or Python.
• Strong working knowledge (at least 2 years) of machine learning frameworks, in particular TensorFlow and Keras.
