EWOR is seeking a high-agency AI Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to lead 0-to-1 initiatives in building scalable AI systems. This role offers maximum autonomy and direct reporting to the department founder within a high-growth startup environment backed by serial entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will drive strategic execution from prototype to production without corporate bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge AI Infrastructure domains
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for rapid growth
- Collaborate with world-class engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate)
- Proven domain expertise in infrastructure or cloud engineering
- High-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
