EWOR is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Design Engineer to lead 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge agentic domains. You will architect scalable solutions and drive the implementation from prototype to production with maximum autonomy. This role offers significant equity upside and the opportunity to build category-defining technology within a high-growth startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Agentic AI
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
- Architect scalable AI systems and drive rapid implementation
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
- Drive critical milestones for department growth and potential spin-off
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate)
- Proven domain expertise in AI/ML engineering
- High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience driving projects from prototype to production
