• Design and manage external contributor networks for high-quality data labeling.
• Build production evaluation workflows using real-world data to track model performance.
• Develop Python/SQL pipelines to streamline data processing and reproducibility.

• Experience as a Data Scientist working with real-world datasets and ML models.
• Strong understanding of dataset quality, sampling, and labelling methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis and workflow automation.
• Ability to work autonomously across disciplines including policy and engineering.
