Analyze power distribution systems, design data pipelines, develop ML models, and lead consulting workstreams for utility clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze power distribution and transmission systems
- Design data pipelines, dashboards, and visualization tools
- Develop and validate machine learning, time series, and statistical models
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Lead consulting workstreams and deliverables
- Present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support proposals and thought leadership
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Use optimization, simulation, and forecasting techniques
- Work with large utility datasets including SCADA, AMI, GIS, OMS, EMS, and outage systems
Requirements
- Expertise in power systems and utility data
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
