Dell is seeking an Automation & AI Platform Engineer to join its Network Security team in Ireland. The role involves designing AI-driven workflows to automate cyber defense operations, including alert triage, incident response, and threat hunting. Responsibilities
Design, engineer, and optimize AI-powered workflows for cyber defense operations.
Map and analyze security operations processes for automation opportunities.
Build and maintain workflow orchestration pipelines integrating AI/ML models and security tools.
Develop automation playbooks and runbooks using SOAR platforms and scripting.
Integrate AI capabilities with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into workflow specifications.
Automate compliance checks and governance controls.
Stay current with AI/ML, workflow orchestration, and security automation trends.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in workflow engineering, security automation, AI/ML operations, DevSecOps, or related discipline.
