Lead AI Developer responsible for designing and evolving generative AI solutions on Google Cloud. Define technical standards, develop LLM-based architectures, maintain AI pipelines, and mentor the technical team. Collaborate with product teams and ensure compliance and monitoring of models.

• Design generative AI solutions based on LLM architectures
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines on Google Cloud Platform
• Define development standards, quality, and AI governance
• Mentor the technical team and share best practices
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into solutions
• Ensure compliance, monitoring, and evolution of models
• Perform technological watch on AI innovations

• 5+ years experience in AI or AI development
• Professional experience with LLM, RAG, and generative AI architectures
• Proficiency in Python, REST API, and MLOps practices
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) and containerized environments
• Good knowledge of scalable software architecture principles
• Technical leadership, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• French required
