About the Role

Databricks seeks a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted ML & AI expert for enterprise customers. You will architect production-grade AI applications on the Databricks platform, focusing on GenAI, MLOps, and LLM deployment. This role involves technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and shaping the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Architect production level ML & AI workloads including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization.
Serve as trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions like RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI evaluation.
Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads with best in class MLOps.
Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during technical sales.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define priorities and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on industry ML experience.
Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, fine-tuning, and deployment tools (HuggingFace, Langchain, OpenAI).
Experience with data engineering or understanding of data engineering concepts.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for collaboration and driving business value through ML & AI.
