Senior Solutions Architect (Large Retail Account)

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to engage with large retail customers, driving strategic business transformation. The role involves architecting end-to-end Data and AI solutions, with specific expertise in Generative AI including fine-tuning, RAG, and MLOps for LLMs. You will also support technical pre-sales activities and build with AI-based development tooling.

• Architect end-to-end Data and AI solutions for large retail accounts
• Lead technical pre-sales activities and customer engagements
• Apply Generative AI techniques such as fine-tuning, RAG, and MLOps for LLMs
• Build with AI-based development tooling

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing technical role
• Expertise in Generative AI, fine-tuning, RAG, and MLOps
• Strong knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and cloud ecosystems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in the retail industry
• Pre-sales experience
• Familiarity with AI development tooling
