D3 Security is seeking an AI Engineer to develop AI-powered features for their autonomous security operations platform. The role involves building production systems integrating LLMs, backend services, and frontend experiences. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered product features combining LLMs, backend services, APIs, data systems, and frontend experiences.
- Implement and improve AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate engineering productivity and software quality.
- Contribute to multi-step application flows involving model outputs, tool usage, business logic, and validation.
- Work across services and product surfaces to integrate AI capabilities into production systems reliably.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teammates to define requirements and ship improvements.
- Help improve quality of AI-enabled systems through testing, experimentation, and iteration.
- Support production readiness through observability, debugging, CI/CD, and operational reliability.
- Contribute to internal patterns and reusable components for building AI-powered features.
