Senior AI Solution Architect — GenAI, RAG, MLOps (Remote)

Andersen is hiring a Senior AI Solution Architect in Germany to design and integrate scalable AI systems for a major digital transformation program. The role focuses on GenAI, RAG, and MLOps architecture, requiring expertise in LLMs, vector databases, and cloud AI workloads. 10+ years software engineering experience with at least 3-4 years in AI/ML solution design required.

• Define overall architecture and technical strategy for AI/GenAI systems.
• Select appropriate models, frameworks, serving stacks, and infrastructure components.
• Design end-to-end RAG, vector search, and agent-based AI solutions.
• Oversee model lifecycle processes: training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams.
• Prepare architectural documentation, diagrams, guidelines.
• Collaborate with security, data, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and assess relevance.
• Review complex incidents and performance issues.
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation.

• Experience in software engineering for 10+ years with at least 3-4 years in AI/ML solution design.
• Strong expertise in LLM/GenAI architectures.
• Practical experience with Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
