Coherent Solutions is building a strategic pool of AI specialists to develop reusable AI accelerators and drive knowledge leadership. This role involves designing and deploying scalable ML solutions, mentoring engineers, and contributing to GenAI and computer vision projects. Required: 5+ years ML experience, strong Python, cloud platforms, and LLM expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable ML services; Architect AI/ML solutions ensuring quality, governance, and security; Optimize ML workflows for performance and cost efficiency on cloud platforms; Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders; Mentor junior engineers; Develop and maintain documentation and technical standards; Monitor and troubleshoot production ML pipelines; Stay updated with AI/ML trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; 5+ years ML engineering experience with at least 1 year hands-on with LLMs; Strong proficiency in Python; Experience with AWS and/or Azure; CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure-as-code for ML; Data governance, security, compliance; Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership; English Upper Intermediate or higher.
