Join Clera as a Founding AI/ML Engineer to build the core intelligence layer for an early-stage AI-powered recruiting marketplace. You will collaborate directly with the founding team to develop recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, and LLM-driven candidate-job matching solutions. This role offers significant ownership over the product's technical direction and AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement recommendation systems and ranking algorithms for talent matching
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered features to enhance recruiter and candidate experiences
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product strategy and technical architecture
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models from research to production deployment
Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models and recommendation systems
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks
- Experience working with LLMs and integrating them into production applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with high ownership
