About the Role

Centra is building a predictive Data & Insights platform for fashion ecommerce. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and deploy production-grade ML systems for demand forecasting, recommendations, and AI-driven insights. You'll own the full ML lifecycle and work closely with analytics engineers to turn data into intelligent, actionable systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve time-series models for demand, sales, and other ecommerce KPIs.
Build generative AI workflows that produce clear, useful summaries and recommendations.
Own production ML systems: manage training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems incorporating client-specific data and business logic.
Collaborate with the Analytics Engineer to ensure models are built on reliable, well-structured data.

Requirements

Deep experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems (e.g., forecasting, regression, recommendation systems).
Strong Python skills and proficiency with Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems including prompting, orchestration, APIs, and evaluation.
Experience productionizing ML systems (model lifecycle, monitoring, retraining, performance trade-offs).
