• Architect and implement LLM-powered ETL pipelines
• Develop autonomous multi-agent systems
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI performance
• Build and deploy RAG systems as production-ready microservices
• Engage in brainstorming and technical design discussions

• Fluent English
• 2+ years professional engineering experience (5+ for senior)
• Strong Python (2+ years daily use)
• 1-3 years hands-on LLM experience shipping features
• Experience building AI workflows/agents
• RAG systems in production
• Shipped products to real customers
• Good async communication skills
