Speechify seeks a Software Engineer for its AI data team to build and manage large-scale data pipelines for model training. You will operate cloud infrastructure, discover new audio data sources, and collaborate with AI scientists to advance data quality and scale. Responsibilities

Find and bring new audio data sources into the ingestion pipeline
Operate and extend cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform
Collaborate with scientists to improve cost/throughput/quality frontiers
Contribute to the AI team's dataset roadmap

Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in bash/Python scripting in Linux
Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code
Professional experience with a major cloud provider (GCP preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience with web crawlers
Experience with large-scale data processing workflows
