BCG X is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join its rapidly growing engineering team. The role involves building next-generation AI solutions, working with clients across industries, and leading the full analytics value-chain from designing algorithms to deploying scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong software development skills, experience with large-scale data analytics, and a passion for transforming organizations into AI-led companies.
Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Actively participate in every part of the software development life cycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development.
- Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
- Collaborate in teams to share software design and solution ideas and interact directly with clients on new features.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers, and lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations into AI-led companies.
- Strong software development skills and experience with the full software development life cycle.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants in software best practices.
