Machine Learning Engineer

Avance Consulting is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a Supply Chain product team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and improving AI/ML solutions for business-critical processes in an agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into scalable, impactful solutions.

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions supporting business-critical processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to transform data into scalable and impactful solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues of varying complexity in existing AI/ML solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Applicable working experience or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and paradigms.
• Solid understanding of common AI/ML algorithms and paradigms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and MLOps.
