Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build platform adapters and evaluation layers for data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and BigQuery. You'll work on agentic systems using prompt design and structured outputs with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. The role requires strong Python, CI/CD, and cloud data platform expertise.
Responsibilities
- Build platform adapters targeting Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS stacks
- Develop evaluation and verification layers for generated code correctness
- Create high-value generation targets for ingestion, pipelines, transformation, IaC, CI/CD, and governance
- Ensure fit into real delivery workflows with reviewable diffs and integration
Requirements
- 5+ years of data engineering experience with end-to-end delivery
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong Python, CI/CD, REST, Docker skills
- Deep knowledge of at least one cloud data platform (Databricks/Spark, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Experience with prompt design, structured outputs, function calling, and evaluation using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs
- Code-as-data fluency (codegen, templating, parsing generated code)
