Build and own the ML systems that decide which ads billions of Amazon shoppers see daily. Drive technical direction of real-time ML serving systems with strict latency SLAs, impacting shopper experience and advertiser ROI.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction of ML solutions across deep learning, AWS infrastructure, Auto ML, and real-time serving systems
- Design, develop, and own scalable offline ML pipelines and online serving components handling billions of requests per day at millisecond latency
- Partner with applied scientists to optimize model performance and advance technical foundation
- Troubleshoot and support high-volume, low-latency distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers to deliver high-impact products
Requirements
- Experience building ML systems at scale
- Proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and distributed systems
- Ability to mentor and lead technical direction
