• Drive technical direction of ML solutions across deep learning, AWS infrastructure, Auto ML, and real-time serving systems
• Design, develop, and own scalable offline ML pipelines and online serving components handling billions of requests per day at millisecond latency
• Partner with applied scientists to optimize model performance and advance technical foundation
• Troubleshoot and support high-volume, low-latency distributed systems
• Mentor junior engineers to deliver high-impact products

• Experience building ML systems at scale
• Proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and distributed systems
• Ability to mentor and lead technical direction
