About the Role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for its Agentic WorkSpaces AI team. This hands-on, forward deployed role helps customers design and build production-ready agentic AI solutions on Amazon WorkSpaces. You'll work at the intersection of end-user computing and applied AI, covering model selection via Bedrock, prompt configuration, tool integration with MCP/A2A, and customer data readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and AI readiness
- Design and configure agentic AI solutions, including agent creation, prompt engineering, and tool/action integration
- Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Python, and Node.js
- Architect secure access patterns to data systems (DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Knowledge Bases for Bedrock) for agent tool use and RAG
- Implement MCP servers and A2A workflows for multi-agent orchestration
- Deploy and validate Amazon WorkSpaces environments as the delivery platform for agentic AI
- Create reusable artifacts (reference architectures, prompt libraries, data readiness checklists) and share Voice-of-Customer feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
