About the Role

Alice & Bob is developing fault-tolerant quantum computers. In this role, you will lead AI projects to improve R&D efficiency, design and deploy LLM-based systems, and collaborate with researchers. You will work on agentic AI and LLMOps in a quantum computing context.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from conception to delivery autonomously.
Own design, development, and maintenance of AI-powered features.
Evaluate, benchmark, and deploy LLMs and agentic AI systems.
Implement LLMOps and DevOps best practices.
Lead design and code reviews.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers.
Mentor junior engineers.
Participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML production systems.
Strong software engineering skills with track record of shipping reliable code.
Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Familiarity with LLMOps practices.
Ability to communicate across teams.
Professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Experience in scientific or R&D organization.
