AI Engineer / Data Scientist GenAI — RAG, LLM Evaluation & Agentic AI

This senior role focuses on building and ensuring the reliability of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems in production. The position involves applying generative AI, LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS and DeepEval, LLM-as-a-Judge techniques, and agentic AI. The work arrangement is 50% remote.

• Design, build, and maintain RAG systems in production
• Ensure reliability, performance, and quality of LLM-based applications
• Implement LLM evaluation using RAGAS, DeepEval, and LLM-as-a-Judge
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions

• Proven experience in generative AI and RAG systems
• Hands-on experience with RAGAS and DeepEval
• Understanding of LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation methods
• Experience with agentic AI architectures
• Senior-level engineering skills
