Lead the Personalize Intelligence team at Adyen, building and mentoring machine learning scientists and data engineers to optimize checkout conversion through real-time AI decision engines. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of ML scientists and data engineers
- Drive architecture strategy and engineering best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams
- Define and monitor system performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Recruit talent and cultivate an inclusive, high-impact team culture
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing machine learning engineering teams
- 7+ years of experience in ML/AI tech environments
- Deep understanding of machine learning products and deployment
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-engineers
