1GLOBAL is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to serve as a foundational hire for building and governing their central AI platform. The role focuses on engineering internal AI tools, implementing RAG pipelines, and developing conversational interfaces using AWS Bedrock. Candidates must have strong backend engineering roots with at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and govern the central AI platform infrastructure
- Engineer internal AI tools and applications
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Create conversational AI interfaces
- Ensure platform scalability and governance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
