ML Ops Engineer

Zeta Global seeks an ML Engineer/Data Scientist to design, build, and improve machine learning solutions on AWS for its AI-powered marketing platform. This role involves end-to-end ML work from exploration to production.

• Design, build, and improve machine learning solutions in a cloud environment (AWS).
• Explore data, develop models, run experiments, and bring approaches into production.
• Monitor and iterate on deployed models to ensure performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners.

• 3+ years of software or applied ML experience.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and experiment design.
• Proficient in Python and AWS.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, feature engineering, and validation.
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost.
• Familiarity with MLflow, W&B, SQL, Airflow, dbt, Spark.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and HTTP/gRPC APIs.
• Publications, patents, or open-source ML contributions.
