Woven by Toyota is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to advance behavior planning for autonomous driving. This role involves designing deep learning models, deploying ML on vehicle platforms, and collaborating with autonomy teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of advanced ML models for autonomous vehicles using deep learning and simulation
- Deploy scalable ML models on autonomous vehicle platform
- Contribute to end-to-end ML training and deployment, from data strategy to validation
- Collaborate with Perception, Motion Planning, Simulation, and other teams
Requirements
- MS or PhD in ML, CS, Robotics, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years Python and deep learning framework experience
- Comfortable writing C++
- 3+ years experience with deep learning approaches (pretraining, distillation, RL, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- Published research at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR)
- Experience deploying ML models at scale in self-driving
