AI Agent Engineer/Builder

WeKruit is seeking an AI Agent Engineer/Builder to develop and deploy production-grade AI systems. The role involves agent development, model training, and deployment using LLMs and reinforcement learning. This is a full-time position based in New York, United States.

• Develop and deploy AI agents for production systems
• Train and fine-tune large language models
• Implement reinforcement learning techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and reinforcement learning
• Experience with model training and deployment
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks
