About the Role

TubeScience is hiring a Senior AI Workflow & Systems Engineer to own the AI infrastructure, deployments, and workflows that power its creative studio. The role spans building LLM-powered applications and agentic pipelines, managing cloud/serverless infrastructure, and enabling cross-functional teams to ship AI tools. Candidates should be autonomous engineers with DevOps/systems experience and a strong AI/ML background.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and agent-based workflows, including multi-step agentic pipelines with tool use, RAG, and structured outputs.
Own deployment and management of AI workflows on Vercel and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), including serverless functions, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
Integrate AI workflows with existing systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations; evaluate emerging AI tooling and build-vs-buy decisions.
Serve as the go-to technical resource for teams building AI-powered tools—debug, unblock, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Audit AI systems for reliability, prototype emerging AI tools, and document infrastructure thoroughly.

Requirements

4–6+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering with hands-on AI/ML experience.
Proven experience deploying and managing production applications on Vercel, AWS, GCP, or equivalent.
