Lead NLP Engineer - Transformer Architectures

This Lead NLP Engineer role focuses on developing next-generation natural language processing systems using transformer architectures. The position combines hands-on model design and research with team leadership and productionization of NLP services. You will collaborate with product managers and data scientists, mentor engineers, and help shape the technical direction of language understanding products.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced NLP models and systems, focusing on transformer architectures.
• Oversee and mentor a team of NLP engineers and researchers.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define NLP requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, production-ready NLP pipelines and services.
• Research new NLP techniques, algorithms, and tools to enhance product offerings.
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art NLP models and libraries.
• Optimize NLP models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy in production environments.
• Present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing engineering.
