• Research, develop, and deploy language intelligence for communication agents
• Reframe NLP tasks (NER, entity linking) as LLM-native tasks via instruction-tuning
• Build agentic capabilities for multi-turn conversation reasoning
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for noisy, multilingual real-world data
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for grounded outputs
• Define evaluation frameworks for model quality, latency, and customer impact

• PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years of ML algorithm development experience
• 2+ years of programming in Java, C++, or Python
• Proven experience building and deploying NLP models in production
• Experience with named entity recognition, intent detection, or language understanding

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Engineering
• Experience with speech recognition, machine translation, or commercial speech products
• Knowledge of conversational AI, dialogue systems, or messaging applications
• Experience with multilingual NLP, coreference resolution, or summarization
