Morgan Stanley is seeking a Senior GenAI and Python Developer to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of complex technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and some Java within an Agile squad.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
- Learn, improve, and apply Morgan Stanley’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.
Requirements
- Overall 6+ years of development experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python.
