We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses heavily on building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating large language models into scalable applications. You will work within the Xccelerated team at Xebia to deliver high-impact AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready GenAI applications and services
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing systems
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI models in production
Requirements
- Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on Generative AI
- Proven track record of implementing RAG architectures
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks
- Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments
- Senior-level understanding of software engineering best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with vector databases
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
