Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Thoughtworks responsible for designing and deploying scalable ML systems. You will lead technical vision, develop ML pipelines, and ensure responsible AI practices. This role involves hands-on coding, mentorship, and collaboration with clients.

• Lead the design of technical solutions for ML systems
• Oversee program inception and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Champion Responsible AI and best practices
• Mentor and guide team members

• Experience building and deploying ML systems using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
