Responsibilities
- Train and develop flagship open-source AI models (Olmo, Molmo)
- Build and optimize ML infrastructure for LLM and multimodal research
- Support agentic system development and evaluation
- Collaborate with research teams to scale experimental workflows
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in software or AI engineering
- 4+ years of specialized experience in ML infrastructure
- Strong background in training large-scale models
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing
Nice to Have
- Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Experience with open-source model release processes
- Familiarity with multimodal architectures
