Sully.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer / Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between customers and engineering in the AI healthcare space. You will configure and deploy AI agents (Scribes, Receptionists, Coders) for clinical workflows, working hands-on with configuration systems and directly with customers. This role combines technical depth in AI agents, APIs, and integrations with strong customer-facing skills to drive successful deployments and feed product feedback to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure customer workflows across Sully's AI products, including prompt and routing logic.
- Support technical onboarding, map customer systems, and partner with engineering on testing and rollout.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, explain tradeoffs, and build trust.
- Test and debug AI-agent behavior using transcripts, traces, and evaluations.
- Identify patterns in customer requests and escalate product improvements to engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, AI agents, LLM workflows, or prompt/configuration systems.
- Ability to read code in TypeScript and Python, write SQL, and understand APIs and integrations.
