Strategic Advantage is hiring an AI Engineer to own a technology service end to end, from schema design to on-call rotation, in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities
- Own a technology service end to end, from schema to on-call rotation
- Ship clustering fixes to customers in Santa Clara the same day they are reported
- Debug and fix MLflow integration issues that drop events
- Turn vague technology tickets into testable MLflow acceptance criteria
- Build statistical modeling self-service tools to reduce support tickets
- Backfill data visualization test coverage on risky code paths
- Handle edge cases in feature engineering billing
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
- Strong ownership mindset
- Hands-on command of Power BI
- Working knowledge of data visualization
